DAILY BULLETIN FOR FRIDAY, JANUARY 17TH

MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR.
On Monday, we remember and celebrate the legacy of Dr. King, civil rights leader who continues to inspire and challenge us to be examples of peach and justuce and strong leaders for our communities. Remember, there will be no classes on Monday. 

TRACK & FIELD
Anyone interested in joining track & field this spring should attend a meeting today at 3:00 p.m. in Room 107. That’s the track team & field events team – today, Room 107, 3 o’clock.

FILM CLUB
On Monday, join the Film Club in the Sirus Theater as we continue our series of the Japanese anime master, Hayao Miyazaki. Join us for the 1997 classic, Princess Mononoke.

AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING
Students looking for extra support are encouraged to attend our after school tutoring program. The program runs Monday through Thursday from 3:15pm to 4:15pm. English help is available on Mondays, Math is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Science help is available on Wednesdays. See Ms. Wagner in room 302 for more details.

THEATRE
There will be a Theater Interest meeting held next Tuesday, January 21, at 3:00 p.m. in Room 205.  If you are interested in participating in the musical, then please attend this meeting.  The musical this spring will be Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.  If you have any questions, then feel free to contact Mr. Smith.

THIS WEEKEND IN CHARGER SPORTS
Sophomore boys and the varsity basketball teams are HOME tonight versus Providence St. Mel. Game times are at 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. Tomrrow girls basketball are at the MLK shootout vs. Phillips at Marshall beginning at 9:45 a.m. Meanwhile the freshman boys are at Providence St. Mel for a 9:30 a.m. contest.
