Ms. Lassandra M. Walker
Graduated from Chicago State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Science and a Master Degree in Applied Physiology. In addition, I obtained a Master of Public Health degree in the Environmental Occupational Health Science Division at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Also, I attended Northwestern University as a Traveling Scholar. I have extensive years of experience teaching a variety of science subjects at the collegiate level. I began my high school teaching career in the Northwest Indiana Region. There I taught Anatomy and Physiology, Advance Science and Biology as part of a dual credit program with the Indiana of University Bloomington campus (ACP). Although, I'm not new to the catholic school system, I attended Visitation Catholic School as a student and St. Gelasius Catholic School in Chicago IL. However, this is my first year at St. Joseph Catholic High School teaching Anatomy and Physiology, Biology and Forensic Science.
