St. Joseph High School is pleased to announce Mealtime Online, a new web portal provided by our Food Service provider, Quest.
Mealtime Online lets parents and guardians quickly and easily add funds to their students’ food accounts through the web, and it lets you monitor how those funds are spent. To sign up for Mealtime Online, please follow the steps below. To register your account, you will need the ID number of your student.
Mealtime Online Instructions
Step 1: Click here to enter MealTime Online's website.
Step 2: Register for a new online account.
Enter a Username and Password that you will use to login to MealTime Online. Please fill in all additional fields (fields marked with a * are required) The Username and Password must be at least 6 characters. For example, Username: jsmith Password: pty845.
Step 3: Add your student to your account.
Login to your MealTime Online account (using the Username and Password that you created in Step 2) and click on the "Add New Student" link. Find St. Joseph by searching by state, selecting Illinois, then clicking the “+” next to St. Joseph, then clicking on St. Joseph High School. Add your student by entering their first name and student ID number.
Step 4: Make a Deposit.
Click on the "Make Deposit" link to make a deposit into a school account. There is a transaction fee for making deposits. Click on the "View Details" link next to your student's name to view their cafeteria account balance and purchase history.
Online Deposits are processed each morning at 6:00 a.m. and will be automatically reflected in your student’s account at that time. Deposits made after 6:00 a.m. will be processed and available the following day.
