My undergraduate work was done at St Mary's University in Winona, Minnesota, my first experience in LaSallian education.  Major studies were mathematics and music with a minor in secondary education. While teaching mathematics and supporting the newly installed IBM computer lab at St. Joseph High School (1992-1999), I completed my graduate work in mathematics and computer science education at Concordia University. I also directed an informal music ensemble including singers and instrumentalists from our band who provided music for our liturgies.  We sang every Friday morning at our chapel prayer service before school.  From that time to the present, I have been the Music Director at Divine Infant Parish and now Director of Music Ministry at Mary, Mother of Divine Grace Parish (the combined Divine Infant - Divine Providence) in Westchester.   I currently enjoy the opportunity to work with our St Joseph students who form our current Music Ensemble.  We provide music for liturgies and special programs at school.  In 2017, we made up the chorus for "Wizard of Oz" and in 2018, we provided music for "The Bully Plays." In 2019, we added "Jesus Christ, Superstar!"  For 2020, we are working on "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat."
